Description

Join us for a deep-dive into the relationship between sleep patterns and the different stages of menopause. Our speakers explore the various sleep disturbances experienced during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, highlighting the unique challenges of each phase. They then move on to effective strategies to manage menopause-related sleep issues, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other practical tools and interventions.
