Upcoming changes this summer

The Law Society’s new secure online communications channel, LSO Connects, will be rolled out to all lawyers, paralegals and licensing candidates this summer. Some Law Society processes will change, including the following:

LSO Store login

When: As of July 7, 2024 at 7:30 p.m., licensee login will no longer be managed by the LSO Portal. You will only be able to login directly through the LSO Store.

How: The first time you log in on the LSO Store homepage, you will be prompted to reset your password following four short steps:

1. Enter your email address and leave the password field blank
2. Click on the “Login” button
3. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page and your email address will automatically be populated.
4. Click the “Reset Password” button and you will be sent an email containing a link to reset your password.
