Dr. Thomas Telfer, Professor, Faculty of LawWestern University
Maybe you’ve heard the term "mindfulness" but you’re not quite sure what it’s about. Professor Telfer is a mindfulness advocate who is also a law professor. He understands the nexus between the rationality of the law and the potential positive effects of mindfulness training for legal professionals, which is why he teaches a course on it to 1Ls. His CPD sessions are clear, popular, and applicable both for beginners and those who have incorporated mindfulness into their lives. Plus, his approach is grounded in his personal experience of how mindfulness gives a feeling of personal control within a stressful profession.
- Learn about the benefits of mindfulness and ways for you to improve your ability to focus
- Understand how you can elevate your effectiveness in client interviews and negotiations
- Find out how to successfully create a personal mindfulness practice that works for you
Please note: This is a pre-recorded broadcast. Registrants will only be able to access the archived version of the program until end of day Sunday, August 14, 2022.
