LSO Store passwords are separate from LSO Connects (formerly the LSO Portal). As a licensee, an account is created for you using your preferred email address in LSO Connects. The first time you log in to the LSO Store, you must reset your password. More details can be found on LSO CPD Updates.

Non-licensee accounts are not affected by this change and may use the email from previous online orders or register for an account.
