Enter your email address, and if it matches an LSO Store account, you'll receive a password reset link via email.
LSO Store passwords are separate from those used for LSO Connects (formerly the LSO Portal).
If you are a licensee, your LSO Store account is automatically created using your preferred email address from LSO Connects, and you must reset your password the first time you log in to the LSO Store. More details can be found on LSO CPD Updates
Important: Only the most recent reset link is valid, and reset links expire after 24 hours. Clicking "Reset Password" multiple times generates new emails, invalidating previous links. Be sure to use the latest email you receive.
Check your inbox or junk/spam folder for the reset email.
