Enter your email address, and if it matches an LSO Store account, you'll receive a password reset link via email.
LSO Store passwords are separate from LSO Connects (formerly the LSO Portal). As a licensee, an account is created for you using your preferred email address in LSO Connects. The first time you log in to the LSO Store, you must reset your password.
Important: Only the most recent reset link is valid, and reset links expire after 24 hours. Clicking "Reset Password" multiple times generates new emails, invalidating previous links. Be sure to use the latest email you receive.
