Michelle ZareZare Paralegal Services Professional Corporation
As a lawyer or paralegal representing employers or injured workers in WSIB matters, you know that return-to-work issues can be particularly challenging. Using several case studies, our panel of experts engages in a collaborative discussion of policy, practice, and law. We examine the worker reintegration to the pre-injury workplace, followed by a focus on the return-to-work services once a return to the pre-injury employment is ruled out. More generally, we address barriers to a successful return-to-work at every stage, and how the workplace parties and their representatives can collaborate to remove barriers and create solutions.
