All public documents will be scanned and uploaded to ShareFile. A link to the files will be provided via e-mail. In the Order Notes, indicate the name of the licensee or licensee applicant whose Tribunal file you would like to receive and the Tribunal file number if known. Please allow up to 10 business days for the file to be recalled from storage and scanned. If you have any questions please email tribunal@lstribunal.ca.
PLEASE NOTE:
Hearing transcripts (if contained in the Tribunal file) cannot be reproduced (see Rule 23.02(3) of the Rules of Practice and Procedure). Transcripts of Tribunal hearings can be purchased from the court reporting service.
