Public interest in sleep has been growing fast—and for good reason! Sleep is often the most undervalued pillar of health. While we’re constantly flooded with information on diet and exercise, sleep has historically been left out of the conversation. Over the past few years, however, we’ve started to open this important discussion with LSO members. This year, with CPD’s Sleep Well series, we’ll continue to shed light on just how essential sleep is throughout 2025.
